So far our biggest project (approx. 21,000m²), this retail is located in Belgrade and was opened in October of 2017.
This turnkey project successfully tested the scope of our capabilities. It consists of 7 standalone objects (P+1) which house 37 stores of foreign and domestic retailers (DIS, LC Waikiki, New Yorker, Deichmann, JYSK, Coton, etc.), a large outer part with green areas and a parking space with 789 spots. In addition, there is also a Cinegrand multiplex with 6 auditoriums. The project included all of the necessary works, from the excavation of the soil to the erection of the concrete structures to the final fit-out works, along with the complete installation works, including the construction of a substation. The duration of the project was 12 months.
