About This Project

As the Main Contractor of this residential project, we were responsible for the design and the execution of this turnkey project. The design phase has required the modification of the already-existing documentation in accordance with the changed Investor’s demands, as well as changes in the building permit. The execution phase consisted of construction works (excavation, backfilling, foundations and structure erection) and construction-trade works (masonry, roofing, facade, insulation, painting, parquet, ceramics, locksmith, interior woodwork, aluminum work, etc.), as well as installation works: plumbing and sewerage, mechanical works (AC, heating, sprinklers), electro-energetic, telecommunication, exterior development (asphalt, paving, greenery) and lifts (for both the residents themselves and for their vehicles). However, it is the construction-trade works that we are most proud of. We have used high-quality materials to ensure that the high standards of aesthetics and function of the Investor are met. We emphasize that we have used multi-layered oak parquet, granite tiles and sanitary equipment of renowned foreign manufacturers.
