We are proud to have built the first Cinestar cinema in Serbia.
This multifunctional standalone object (over 3,000m²) is part of the shopping mall Aviv Park in Pančevo and is made out of 6 locals and a multiplex with 6 auditoriums and related contents. Our task included preparing the project documentation based on Cinestar’s technical standards, obtaining the necessary construction permits, executing the entire object through hard construction work, finishing works and outfitting, as well as obtaining a user’s permit. The duration of this project was 6 months.
