Our latest retail park, it was opened on the 30th of May 2019, with a record construction time of only 3 months!
This project is the first modern retail park in Zaječar, with approximately 20 well-known brands. Located in the central zone of the city, it is the size of over 8000m2. Initially, demolition of the existing building on the plot was required, after which followed the design and execution of the complete works, including finishing interior as well as exterior works so that the object could be opened within a very short deadline.
